Julie Taymor hasn’t gotten paid? [spider-man watch]
More drama behind the scenes! Fired director Julie Taymor claims she has yet to be paid for her work on Spider-man: Turn Off the Dark. Apparently she received $150,000 five years ago, but the producers have not paid her her director’s fee (estimated at $200,000-300,000) or the royalties for her contributions to the show. If not resolved, the matter might be taken to court, just adding to the web of controversy that the show seems to be stuck in. Read the whole story at The Daily Beast!
